Technics uses magnetic fluid around the voice coil to control movement and reduce unwanted vibration in its 10mm driver. The compact form helps portability, although comfort remains personal and the correct tip may differ between ears. Three-device multipoint is a standout advantage. A phone, work laptop and tablet can remain in the rotation without repeated pairing, useful for hybrid work. Automatic priority is not always intuitive with any multipoint product, so alert sounds and call routing should be tested before an important meeting. App setup also rewards a few minutes: assign controls, choose ANC strength, run fit checks and decide whether battery life or LDAC quality matters more.

Buy the AZ100 if you regularly move among three devices, want codec flexibility and prefer balanced all-round ability to a single ecosystem. Simpler or cheaper earbuds make more sense if you use only one phone and never adjust settings.
